随着教育事业的发展,教育考试和评价体系正面临新的挑战与机遇。题库建设不仅是推动教育考试向科学化、规范化迈进的重要手段,也是考试机构实现专业化的关键环节之一。基于题库建设的整体规划与设计,并考虑到普通高中学业水平考试的命题需求,本文提出了题库系统的7大主要功能模块:试题试卷管理,征题管理,资源管理,查重管理,考试数据分析,基础管理,系统管理。同时,为确保题库系统的有效运作,本文重点关注试题质量控制、试题反应模式、参数设置、组卷策略等核心环节,旨在通过加强题库建设,改革考试机构命题工作方式和管理模式,构建更为科学的命题系统,确保考试的公平性和科学性。

With the development of the education sector,educational examinations and evaluation systems are facing new challenges and opportunities.The construction of item bank is not only a crucial means of propelling educational examinations towards scientific and standardized practices but also a pivotal aspect of professionalizing examination authorities.Based on the overall planning and design of item bank construction,and taking into account the needs of test item development for the high school academic proficiency examination,this paper proposes seven major functional modules of the item bank system,including test paper management,test item solicitation management,resource management,duplicate check management,examination data analysis,basic management,and system management.At the same time,to ensure the effective operation of the item bank system,it is essential to focus on several aspects:quality control of items,response patterns of items,parameter settings,and test paper composition strategies.By strengthening the construction of item bank and reforming the working methods and management modes of examination authorities,a more scientific test development system is constructed to ensure the fairness and reliability in educational examinations.
