招生考试研究

在延续一千多年的科举考试中诞生出相应的考试文化,对当时社会的进步与变革产生了巨大的推动力。在秉承公平竞争、择优录取、改变命运三个重要考试观念下开展的考试,在社会上具有崇高的地位和广泛的影响力。考试制度严密、至上的特征,影响着考试的运作效能和形象,并凸显考试评价的核心价值观。通过对中国科举考试和近年中高考现象的思考,用现象学的方法和语言学、符号学的视角分析该现象,得出考试现象背后的哲学思考。结合老子的大道至简的哲学思想着力构建具有中国特色的以“能测、所测”为核心的考试评价话语体系,用以指导考试评价的实施,对考生核心素养进行有效测评,去除繁文缛节的假情境,还原测评的本质,以推动“双减”政策的落地。

The corresponding examination culture was born out of the imperial examinations that lasted for more than a thousand years, which exerted great impetus on the progress and change of society at that time.The examination carried out under the three important concepts of fair competition, merit-based admission and changing fate has a high status and wide influence in the society.The rigorous and supreme characteristics of the examination system affect the operational efficiency and image of the examination,and highlight the core values of the examination evaluation.Through reflecting on the phenomena of China's imperial examinations and college entrance examinations in recent years,this paper analyzes the phenomenon with phenomenological method,and the perspectives of linguistics and semiotics,and obtains the philosophical thinking behind the phenomenon of examination.Combined with Lao Tzu's philosophy of "Great Truth in Simple Words",we strive to construct a discourse system of examination evaluation with Chinese characteristics with the core of "what can be assessed and what is assessed" to guide the implementation of examination evaluation,effectively evaluate candidates' core competencies,remove the false red tape,restore the essence of assessment,and promote the implementation of "double reduction".
